Mathematics teaching is supported in pedagogical and didactics models, as Constructivism where meaningful learning, problem solving and cooperative learning prevail. These models lead to a more practical comprehension of the multiple applications in different areas of expertise. In the Accounting field is relevant to have a contextualized learning. This research was carried out with first semester students of Calculus 1 from the Public Accountancy program in Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia- Chiquinquirá seat, in an effort to improve the quality of Mathematics teaching, and looking for answers to the question: How to reach a meaningful learning of Mathematics using a learning environment in which linear and affine functions are employed in an accounting context using technological aids (Educational software) in first semester students from the Public Accountancy program in UPTC- Faculty Chiquinquirá? This document presents the theoretical and methodological basis needed to answer the question. Finally, the obtained results are analyzed around the specific objectives set and the evidences of the process are annexed
