Abstract
This paper aims to reconstruct the history facts which taken place in Recetor, one of the cities from the department of Casanare, in 2003 as a result of the armed conflict, between the guerrilla and the peasants self-defense of Casanare (ACC), who fulfilled the conditions of being an illegal armed group, according to the article 3 of the act 782/2002. In effect, the citizens were affected directly, who were accused of belong to the illegal armed group known as FARC; the victims were disappeared forcibly, tortured and killed, but also their corpses were dismembered which had been buried in small holes, thus this could hide them, also their families were threatened and most of them were forced to move to other cities.
Moreover, it makes a review to the juridical normativity at both national and international levels, in order to know the kind of crimes committed against the victims, in another words if the commission in such acts became as international crimes.
On the other hand, it will be also investigated the answer gave by the Colombian justice, of course if the process has been effective in the investigation and judgment stage, besides the participation of families victims in that process, the results of the trial and the contribution in fulfilling of the victims’ rights to the truth, justice and the reparation.
Finally, it will be analyzed the emotional impact in the families of the victims from various perspectives and under which conditions of full reparation they carried on their lives.
