Its methodology has a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) with a descriptive scope and data collection was cross-sectional. The collection of information was through an interview with the director of the program, a questionnaire to 60 graduates and 34 entrepreneurs from different economic sectors, two databases of the Socioeconomic Observatory of Santander were reviewed that show the existing job offer, job profiles and competencies. The results show the need to promote institutional relevance, maintain an updated database, the profile of the graduates will be established, the requirements of the work environment were identified.
