Protección de datos y su articulación con la gestión de calidad

Abstract

In Colombia, the legal framework associated with the protection of sensitive personal data does not clearly establish obligations on the subject responsible for the processing of information and the generation of compliant achievements and results, so it is necessary to use tools to standardize the minimum criteria of the regulation and mitigation of risks that may arise from improper treatment. With the purpose of looking for guiding conducts, this article makes an analysis on the articulation of the Colombian Law of protection of personal data and the technical norm of the quality management systems from the treatment, controlled, authorized and traceable administration of both the internal client and the external client and the importance of the documented information associated to the quality management.
