Resumen
The purpose of this research proposal was to analyze the inclusion strategies used by teachers in the classroom with students who present functional diversity from the Anthony A Phipps IE, Antonia Santos campus. This research has a qualitative approach, we worked from the interpretive paradigm and from the phenomenological/hermeneutical epistemology. The semi-structured interview was used as a data collection technique, obtaining as a result that the strategies used by teachers to promote the inclusion of students with functional diversity are focused on artistic dynamics such as: dance, theater, painting, as well as the promotion of values such as: respect and empathy, and it can be concluded that teachers are dedicated and strive to create strategies according to the educational needs of students with diversity to promote inclusion and quality education, and the need for teachers to be trained to improve quality in the education of these students.
