Abstract

Within the framework of the armed conflict that has taken place in Colombia, the forced disappearance has been part of the serious Human Rights violations that have surrounded this problem, hence it is important to advance actions that allow us to reconstruct the history of the various events that occurred. The main objective of this document is to address from different thematic axes such as context, facts, legal framework, access to justice, impacts and facing, and reparations, the story of María del Pilar Murat Martínez in relation to the disappearance of her father William Hernando Murat Sanchez occurred in the department of Meta, taking into account the different theoretical and conceptual contributions that exist in the field of Human Rights.
