        Resumen
        This thesis exposes the social, economic and organizational reason of the innovation project, Agency of communications and digital marketing CoStrategies, of the Faculty of Social Communication for Peace of the Santo Tomas University, whose main objective is to contribute to improving the communicative relations of SMEs with their customers, audiences and media through digital empowerment. Based on a market study, it was identified that communications agencies, at the national level, focus only on external communication or marketing, so one of the differentials of the project is the work from both fields, in addition to having in account of the internal communication of the companies. Likewise, according to the market survey carried out for the analysis of the environment, it was identified that some SMEs do not have the economic capacity or are unaware of the importance of accessing an agency that provides complete advice to their business to ensure that their clients prefer your products or services above others. Finally, in the document you will find the breakdown of what makes up the agency, that is, the justification, the business plan, the definition of the service, the work team and business system, the market plan, the competition, the prices of the services offered by the agency, the communication and distribution channels, the risk analysis, the financial plan, the business model canvas and finally a glossary that will complement the vocabulary necessary for the reader to relate to the project.
