The results of this research are the product of a review of articles in a period of 2008 - 2018, in Spanish and English, taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Six electronic databases were accessed, such as Dialnet, Redalyc, Scielo, PsychArticles, Scopus, and Web of Science. The search initially yielded 200 publications, and it was necessary to carry out an interrater validation process, specifying 96 useful publications for research from the quartiles of SJR. An analysis of scientometrics data was carried out through the SPSS program, as well as the instruments most frequently implemented to evaluate parental educational styles, antisocial / delinquent behavior and filioparental violence, as well as the relationships of the parental educational styles, characteristics of the parents, children and family dynamics with antisocial, criminal and filioparental violence.
