        Resumen
This normogram is carried out within the research project entitled "Influence of the consumption of ultra-processed foods promoted through misleading advertising on health conditions and eating habits in children under 18 years of age in the towns of Usaquén and Usme, of the city of Bogotá ”, an exercise carried out by the Marketing programs - Bogotá and International Business - Villavicencio within the USTA multicampus context, as a strategic alliance to address the problem which has as its main objective to identify the existing relationships between overweight, childhood obesity, and the consumption of ultra- processed foods promoted through misleading advertising in children and adolescents between 8 and 16 years old in the towns of Usaquén and Usme in the city of Bogotá. In order to achieve this proposed objective, it was necessary to review the existing regulations at the international, national and local levels, in order to show how the state regulates and legitimizes the production and marketing of ultra-processed foods, these regulations show the interest of states in caring for the health of their citizens, and how they accept the recommendations given by international organizations for health prevention, but there is also evidence of a carelessness associated with gaps in the legislation, the lack of control and verification against compliance with regulations.
