dc.description.abstractThe aim of this project is to present the e-commerce strategies that Ofixpres should implement in order to position its three business lines (outsourcing of supplies, production of forms and labels and logistic services) in the Colombian market. The aim is to identify the most relevant aspects of the company and the state in which e-commerce are located that it currently employs for the purpose of establishing suitable strategies to take greater advantage of the online market. In the same way, the description of e-commerce was developed adopted by the competition for the purpose of identifying the aspects that can be improved and implemented in the development of the Ofixpres website and other e-commerce tools. Finally, the results obtained from the internal and external analysis are presented for the purpose of capturing those tools that can be implemented, describing the benefits that would be triggered and the factors that should be considered in the adoption of each strategy. Based on the above, the image that Ofixpres wants to project and that the company presents a B2B model where the relationships depend on the confidence of the parties
