dc.description.abstractInstitutions face very high levels of competition, for which it is necessary for managers to measure the perception they have of the quality of the service offered to their potential clients. It is necessary that each area determines measurement instruments that are required for the satisfaction of a good product. Being competitive in a quality environment means that the organization generates strategies and continuous improvement for each of the processes that encourage and strengthen the activities, as well as creating an atmosphere of reflection favoring the criticism of the employees, resulting in contributions and teachings that motivate to get good results. Currently, the University of Austin has certification under ISO 9001-2015 for all processes and in the academic part for face-to-face programs, seeing the need for the inclusion of the system in the faculty of virtual education. In this sense, the improvement plan is justified for the university being protagonists in an educational process for virtual education that is responsible for promoting and developing policies and actions for new generations. The present proposal seeks to obtain a reflective model on the quality in virtual education, which is already represented and strengthened in the face-to-face programs and has been a support to achieve order in each of the areas establishing limits, times, evaluations and analysis, thus committing all personnel to comply with the established requirements.
