dc.description.abstractWithin the organizational structure of a company there must be a manual of functions or an MOF (Manual of organization and functions), not only because it is required for quality certifications but because they serve as a guide for all personnel, because it describes the functions, profiles and evaluation indicators. The company Red Logística Internacional S.A.S does not have a system that defines responsibilities, labor profiles that in turn promote order; Therefore, the objective of this project is the development and implementation of the manual of functions for this company, in order to improve the quality in the activities that its workers develop and that can be controlled or supervised by the corresponding authorities. For this reason, the most viable for the company is to evaluate the productivity and reach of its workers through this tool, in order to obtain results that in the long term are of great benefit to the company and can improve the activities that are perform.
