dc.description.abstractThe current article aims to include videogame music as a didactic strategy which would be applied to tenth and eleventh grade students to develop and strengthen their musical skills. It’s important to mention that a historical contextualization of music in videogames would be considered all together with studies related with its didactic. When speaking about didactic strategy, this one would be considered in general terms, but also in specific context with musical strategies at hand. No question, contributions are mentioned in order to unveil those concepts known as musical skills to apply into the didactic proposal within the classroom. It’s aimed to achieved with this qualitative-descriptive project to observe, analyze and even propose a possible way to bring closer music and students’ personal interests to guarantee a motivational and transforming artistic education.
