This research deepens the relationship between formal structure and content as a tool for the design of a learning equipment in Quipile Cundinamarca, Colombia; Its starting characteristic was the lack of new learning spaces, which limits the development of activities in the interior space and does not take into account the possible future scenarios of the space. In order to recognize the qualities of the learning equipment, a case study in the place and others outside of it were taken as a basis for the contrast of the main qualities of the formal structure and topological characteristics of the content on the internal activity.
As a result of the research, a supporting structure, a program and a form were proposed to respond to the needs of application or uses of the formal structures and the content of the study variables. For the research it was concluded that the typologies of wide use and knowledge in the environment cannot be applied, on the contrary the variables of formal structure and content lead to a complex vision in which the program and the form (due to its characteristics) allow the experimentation of different variations of their activity; In addition, the user can easily interact with the formal structure and content, this will be determined thanks to the initial systematic analysis of the place that found an adequate interpretation of it, which allows users in urban and rural areas to appropriate the same space.
