The growing use of information and communication technologies is generating social changes that impact the daily lives of people as well as the ways of relating and learning of the subjects. The need to have technological tools that facilitate the teaching-learning processes in the different levels of training has generated a growing interest in the development of applications that allow a better and greater appropriation of the contents to be taught. One of these tools is the WebQuest, an educational strategy mediated by ICT, developed more than two decades ago and that still contributes to the transmission and acquisition of knowledge. This research shows the results of the application of a WebQuest for the learning of grammatical categories in a group of university students who begin their engineering training process and who need to know the subject to improve their oral and written expression skills.
