The objective of this document is to find detailed information about the study carried out at the Electronic Language Center Foundation, through fieldwork (interview), informing about important factors, which lead to highlighting the main problem that the Electronic Center presents. , whose important factor is the lack of enrollment of students in the last 5 years, which has shown a clear decrease which is generating alarm in the organization, for this reason the application of research tools was made to find and implement a solution to this, to complement this document, the organizational structure of the Electronic Center was analyzed, which led us to determine a loss of customer loyalty and a deficit of new users, in this way with the research and implementation of an improvement plan, wants to increase enrollment of new students, and generate permanence ia in all its areas, (English, French and German).
