dc.description.abstractIn a world that calls us to innovate technological tools within classrooms, they must respond to changing contexts and potentiate the skills of teachers in the teaching process. From the physical education subject, the use of technological tools as new forms of knowledge acquisition should not leave aside the collaborative learning proper to the discipline. In pedagogical practices, various didactic strategies are proposed to strengthen technological innovation in physical education through the application of Virtual Learning Environments (EVA); however, it is observed that on some occasions the use of these tools favors the isolation of individuals and distorts, in a certain sense, the social dynamics favored by the teaching of this discipline. For this reason and taking the Moodle platform as a tool, we propose an investigation that answers the question about the impact of this platform within the teaching of a discipline categorized as "purely practical": what is the impact that the Moodle platform has in the process of teaching and learning in the physical education class? This research is based on a bibliographic search that allows for the elaboration of theoretical, conceptual and reference frameworks, which support a sample taken from a survey of eleventh grade students at the Agustiniano Suba School, resulting in the application, implementation and evaluation of the platform in the physical education class.
