dc.description.abstract | This research project shows that strategies must be carried out to improve the market positioning of this audiovisual production company that has been in the middle for 7 years, emphasizing characteristics such as the increase in sales of their products and services, through the rental of equipment, products of realization and advertising and image, evaluating each segment of the market that allows to identify that an audiovisual producer is part of the "orange or creative economy".
The main shortcomings of the Vip Audiovisual company in terms of market positioning are analyzed through a study that assesses the context of why Vip Audiovisual is not a recognized competitor in the audiovisual market? What does the customer expect as a product offeror? ?, What is it that differentiates Vip from its competitors? What strategy should it carry out to be one of the best audiovisual producers at the local level? These are questions that throughout this project will allow to generate strategies that will position it in the audiovisual market. | |
