dc.description.abstractThis assignment was made as an academic testimony that will be useful as a contribution for the strategic management of marketing's acquired knowledge. Furthermore, it will provide a contribution for the development of strategies for the fertilizer product line of the business group SYS, and in that way look forward to their Colombian agricultural market position's increase. After having done these tasks, some market penetration strategy proposals based on the presentation of a marketing plan, which is composed from the studies and the linkage to the research of the acquired knowledge cases of the specialization modules from January to November of the year 2018 were generated. The pertinent strategies for the AMYNOSYS fertilizer in Sabana of Bogotá regarding the flower grower were evaluated. Likewise, some technical tools to give valuable support to the business group SYS were developed and applied, that as a result of the research, it gave us the possibility to venture into known and unknown markets with little budget and countable results. Finally, to the business group SYS we recommend to give themselves the opportunity to strengthen the business links with the customers that they have nowadays, and innovate, control and follow the stated strategies in this document.
