Propuesta de implementación del lineamiento de calidad en los proyectos de la empresa Garper Ingeniería CIA SAS bajo la guía PMBOK

Abstract

The objective of studying this project, develops a main focus on the identification and study of general problems presented in the company Garper Ingeniería CIA S.A.S, found in the project execution process, through the quality management technique allows us to obtain the collection and acquisition of knowledge for the effective management of the projects. By means of which we can identify different inefficiency variables that causes an affectation in future tenders, since the degree or level of occurrence is currently not being measured. Therefore, it is necessary to present a proposal for improvement, in order to reduce or eliminate these problems; It is managed through the development of a project management plan based on the international PMI project standard by applying the help of the PMBOK manual of good practices in these projects, which helps us to focus on risks, develop the scope of the projects, obtain an adequate way to structure the planning of the resources, improve the quality and the costs that are at the moment of executing the tender, therefore the projects are evaluated in such a way that based on the identified problems we lead to increase and improve execution processes, eliminating the risks of loss presented over time.
