dc.description.abstract | The present work of degree, is the proposal of an integral program that will be presented to the
company of litográfico maintenance MANTELI SAS, which is a company of the industrial sector
that is in search of the development of tools that allow to continue to grow, This document will
especially be a proposal that will help you become a more competitive and innovative company
within your market.
The Colombian industrial sector is an area of the economy that is constantly growing, but it is
also a sector where competitiveness is highest day by day, and MANTELI SAS is a company to
which this proposal will be Great contribution and will allow him to prepare for the different
challenges that will be faced, such as the entry of foreign companies that will have special
government policies like the free trade agreement signed with different countries.
The program will be based on three pillars that are at the forefront of the global industry,
which are the Kaizen methodology, which is a Japanese methodology that means (change for
improvement) which is based on 2 components that are the work teams and Industrial
engineering, which are used to improve production processes.
The second pillar is the 5S which is a Japanese management technique based on five basic
principles that are to classify, order, clean, standardize and discipline the technique. The third
pillar of the program is the proposal to implement a LEAN MANUFACTURING methodology
that seeks to eliminate all those activities of the production process that do not generate added
value to the final product.
The final pillar of the program is to design a balanced scorecard, which is a model of
strategic-operational management, which allows to communicate and implement a strategy,
making it possible to obtain results in the short and medium term.
Once the pillars of the program have been identified, a mixed research model will be
developed within the company, which will allow the investigation of the most relevant
information of the company and from this determine the major shortcomings to be improved | |
