The present research work consists of analyzing the conditions for the export of palm oil to Belgium, taking into account all the factors and the Union Euro-pea agreement that is in force. The research was carried out based on the theory of economic integration, where one can identify the increase of global competences between countries that benefit from trade agreements and the use of economies of scale; It is also important to bear in mind the costs of earnings in an equitable manner based on labor and concentration and geographical distribution in order to have a balance of benefits for having an organization so as not to affect the industrial and / or regional policies that may affect the GDP. The results present the conditions to be taken into account for the export of this product to Belgium, taking into account key concepts such as the sustainability and care of the environment from its production to the export of the final product.
