Creación de la estructura organizacional en la empresa L y E Servimos SAS

Abstract

The present work has as purpose to diagnose the current situation of the company L y E Servimos SAS seen from each of its five areas, that is why different visits are made in the company, in order to know more deeply its operation and the management of services, after this, surveys are conducted to all administrative and operational staff, along with an interview with the general manager to get first-hand information, results are obtained that expose the different flaws in the areas of operation, administration and human resources; this is compounded by the absence of the Strategic Road Safety Plan document (PESV) framed in law 1530 of 2011, which if not implemented in the company, could generate future cancellation of contracts and operating permits for assistance services vial. To give input and solution to these identified elements, a corporate identity is given to the company, along with function manuals that delimit them, the organization structure of the company is structured and formats are created to facilitate the routing of operation services, all of these elements, make contributions to the formats required by resolution 1231 of 2016 in paragraphs 8.2 and 8.3, which is the guiding document for the development of the PESV.
