For which there develops a qualitative descriptive investigation due to the fact that it is necessary to realize a summary of information that were in use in the process of development of the work, Obtaining very beneficial results for Colombia and his participants like it they are, the issuers who will obtain investors major capture and one expects to manage to negotiate with brought near of 30 % of foreign investors, for the best intermediaries opportunities of business in the different squares and for the best investors alternatives of negotiation on the financial instruments and for Colombia economic growth.
