Abstract

In this professional internship the lack of administrative tools within the Segmentta company was evident, which made it difficult to control the management carried out by its employees in different areas. The company sought to formalize its processes and systematize its information, thus achieving the effectiveness of its activity and the continuous improvement of organizational results. According to this, the manual of functions, processes and procedure was prepared, waiting for management to implement it. The project was carried out based on the qualitative model using an exploratory and descriptive method through interviews and meetings with management and those in charge of the different areas of study. In relation to the result Segmentta must implement tools such as the ones developed, where it facilitates the fulfillment of its objectives by giving support to its employees and thus measure the fulfillment of its responsibilities in favor of more effective operations.
