dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this work is to prepare the administrative documents for the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST) within the company Procesadora De Carnes Normandos, according to the parameters defined in resolution 1111 of 2017 and decree 1072 of 2015 as normative references, in order to establish programs, procedures and instructions for the evaluation, correction and continuous improvement in the management of human talent of the company, which is intended to create healthy work spaces and sure that they propitiate the increase of the productivity and the sensation of well-being. To carry out this, it was necessary to carry out an initial evaluation of the company, where it was possible to determine the background and the current situation in terms of safety and health at work. According to the results of the initial evaluation, it is evident that the company needs to prioritize the management of the SG-SST and its elements, while updating its strategic planning. Therefore, strategic planning was revised and adjusted according to the elements mentioned by different authors, and, subsequently, the programs, procedures and instructions of the system were elaborated, in accordance with the guidelines established by the current legal regulations.
