Propuesta de un plan estratégico de seguridad vial utilizando herramientas brindadas por la NTC ISO 39001 en el proceso de transporte de la empresa Albergue Sukurame S.A.S. sede Bogotá.

Abstract

The main objective of this degree project is to present the Strategic Road Safety Plan's proposal using the tools provided by the NTC ISO 39001 in the transportation process of the company Albergue Sukurame S.A.S.; For the development, was made a general diagnosis of the transportation process of Albergue Sukurame S.A.S. in Bogota's facility; later, an audit is made where the current status of Albergue Sukurame S.A.S. can be evidenced against the NTC ISO 39001. Based on the results obtained, the Strategic Road Safety Plan was drawn up, which includes the execution of activities that can help increase road safety for officials, users and other road actors. Finally, and in accordance with the Strategic Road Safety Plan proposed, a financial analysis was made and a budget was presented parallel to this that allowed finding the economic viability of the project (100% viable). And for finish, some basic recommendations are established that include the continuous improvement of the PESV, the need for the support of senior management and the commitment of all the employees of Albergue Sukurame S.A.S to increase road safety as a social responsibility.
