Obesity and overweight have become a very important research topic for decades as it is a public health problem that affects thousands of people around the world, the mismatch between calories consumed and calories spent leads to the accumulation of population. excess fat in the body, this can lead to musculoskeletal, cerebrovascular health problems, diabetes, including death. Low levels of physical activity are a major cause of obesity and overweight in the world population, good levels of physical activity generate energy expenditure and many other health benefits for people, but physical exercise is a controlled activity repetitive and with the purpose of improving the physical capacities has a better benefit to the health of the population. It has recently been found that skeletal muscle is an organ that secretes different substances, one of which is mytokines, these cytokines are produced as a response to physical exercise in muscle contraction, interlucin-6 (IL-6) has a positive relationship with metabolism. of lipids. The main purpose is to identify the relationship between physical exercise and interleukin 6 secretion as an essential myokin for the reduction of adipose tissue in obesity.
