Modelo de negocio para jarabe con efecto expectorante con base en extractos hidroalcohólicos y glicólicos de Totumo, Eucalipto y Hedera helix de producción nacional

Abstract

En este proyecto se busca realizar un producto farmacéutico tipo jarabe con base en tres extractos de plantas conocidas por su potente efecto expectorante y antiséptico que ofrece la posibilidad a la población con tos productiva de dar tratamiento completo a su enfermedad, expulsar las flemas de manera rápida y menos dolorosa al mismo tiempo elimina las infecciones leves en las vías respiratorias. Se propone usar extracto hidroalcohólico de totumo y extracto hidroalcohólico de hedera helix que otorgan al producto principalmente el efecto expectorante, y extracto glicólico de eucalipto que da efecto antiséptico cuya acción se sitúa en las zonas afectadas. En la actualidad los jarabes con ingredientes activos de origen fitoterapéutico son, en su mayoría, expectorantes, dentro del estudio de mercadeo que se realizó no se encontró alguno con efecto antiséptico agregado.

Para la adecuada comercialización del producto debe acogerse a la normatividad exigida por ente regulatorio de Colombia Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (INVIMA), se deben realizar los estudios de estabilidad natural y acelerada para garantizar la integridad del producto durante su vida útil.

Los extractos usados en la fabricación del producto se obtendrán de proveedores que suministran dichas materias primas certificadas por laboratorios de control calidad en el que relacionan pruebas microbiológicas y fisicoquímicas.

This project seeks to make a syrup-based pharmaceutical product based on three plant extracts known for their powerful expectorant and antiseptic effect that offers the possibility for the population with productive cough to give full treatment to their disease, expel phlegm quickly and less painful at the same time eliminates mild infections in the respiratory tract. It is proposed to use hydroalcoholic extract of totumo and hydroalcoholic extract of hedera helix that give the product mainly the expectorant effect, and glycolic extract of eucalyptus that gives antiseptic effect whose action is located in the affected areas. At present, syrups with active ingredients of phytotherapeutic origin are, for the most part, expectorants, within the marketing study that was carried out; none one was found with added antiseptic effect For the proper commercialization of the product, it must comply with the regulations required by the Colombian National Institute of Food and Drug Surveillance (INVIMA), natural and accelerated stability studies must be carried out to guarantee the integrity of the product during its useful life. The extracts used in the manufacture of the product will be obtained from suppliers that supply said certified raw materials by quality control laboratories in which they relate microbiological and physicochemical tests.
