La gobernanza y la legitimidad en el deporte: la transparencia en los clubes deportivos de Chía

Abstract

Este trabajo comprende el objetivo de determinar el estado de gobernanza y la legitimidad de los clubes deportivos ubicados en el municipio de Chía, Cundinamarca; dado que posee una estructura de carácter descriptivo, ya que tiene la intención de exponer con precisión los resultados de la investigación realizada la cual pretende medir la magnitud de la transparencia en los clubes encuestados, haciendo énfasis en la correcta determinación de la posible e ideal transparencia que puedan aplicar los clubes en cuanto a sus operaciones con las partes interesadas, a lo largo del estudio se puede comprobar que la transparencia no es una de las virtudes de los clubes deportivos estudiados en la muestra realizada, empleando las respuestas dadas por cada club a el instrumento propuesto “Play The Game”, la respectiva medición tiene a disposición una base de la muestra son alrededor de 33 clubes deportivos, en donde para este caso se evaluaron 19 clubes, tomando en cuenta la naturaleza cualitativa y cuantitativa la cual propone demostrar mediante cifras y estadísticas la hipótesis planteada, los resultados de las encuestas permiten revelar la naturaleza de los clubes respecto a la transparencia que aplican en sus operaciones regulares.

This work comprise the objective of stablishing the governance and legimitacy state of the sport clubs located un the town of Chía, Cundinamerca; given that it has a descriptive structure, because it has the purpose of exposing with accuracy the investigaction results of theaccomplisehd investigation which aims to measure the transparency magnitude in the surveyed sport clubs, emphasizing in the correct determination ofthe possible and ideal transparency that the sport clubs can apply in their operations with the interested parts, folowing the study it can be checked that the transparency aint one of the virtues of the studied sport clubs in the surveyed simple, using the answers given by each of the sport clubs to a proposed instrument called “Play The game”;the respective measurement is provided with a base sample of 33 sport clubs ,where for this case 19 clubs were evaluadedtaking into account the quantitative and cualitative nature which is proposing to show by using data and statistics following the raised hipothesis, te survey answers allow to reveal the sport clubs nature about the transparency applying their regular operations
