Abstract

In the following Tesis research, the job profile and functions manual was designed for all employees of Confecciones Salome Ltda. At the beginning it was necessary to analyze the documentation of the company, then the job profile’s forms and functions for administrative and operational positions were completed by gathering information into the field with the middle management and process leaders. To ensure and protect that knowledge. saved the information in a virtual platform with access to all collaborators. Finally, with the manual of job profiles and functions design, an evaluation of the compliance of the profiles of the collaborators was made with the profiles of the employees who currently perform different positions, identifying the gaps to finally propose that the company define a training plan to level and / or improve gaps and competences of the administrative and operative collaborators of the Company
