Abstract
Personnel turnover is one of the greatest challenges that the organizations are facing
at the present. Even if this issue depends on the policies of each company, a
diagnosis must be made to study the points that are affecting the increasement of
desertion at Carne y Maduro. In this sense, management, not only, will be able to
define action planes against the job leaved, but plans to retain highly qualified
personnel. In this sense, we understand the importance of an effective human talent
management process in the recruitment of future employees.
Therefor the main objective of this company’s internship is to identify variables that
produce an increasement in the organization in order to proposed actions that
minimize the desertion. The results are shown in two matrixes. The Internal Analysis
(EFI) and External Analysis (EFE) matrices were also designed within the research
to describe the current situation of the organization and how it is responding to the
pros and cons of the food and beverage sector. Taking into account the degree of
authority and internal work regulations likewise, a map report of eventualities is
suggested, that may be used by a manager and is expected to be implemented in
shortly because it may be one of the tools that will improve the conditions of the
company´s satisfaction rate.
In the same way, turnover indicators were created due to the data provided by the
organization's lawyer, which has been used as a reference in the idea’s changes.
In line with what was mentioned early, I proposed actions and recommendations that
will help the company to know reasons of desertion, and to direct plans of constant
improvement in order to manage its corporate image, to increase the job
performance of its employees, looking forward achieving the managerial goals
proposed by the management
