dc.description.abstractThe worlds of creativity, fun, desire or recreation are linked to complex mechanisms of regulation and control. However, these mechanisms are as effective as they are invisible. However, despite its powerful effectiveness, the analyzes tend to ignore the complex conflicts that underlie fun and entertainment, neglect the multiple ways in which power relations operate in and through play, exhibitions of the bodies, of the playful dynamics. The book by Dr. Astrid Bibiana Rodríguez Cortés analyzes in depth several of these mechanisms: the bicycle lane is then understood as one that regulates behavior, promotes certain urban development, seeks to consolidate an image of the city and constitutes a promotion strategy tour.
