Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en el Sector público. Una revisión de literatura

Abstract

The Public sector has been influenced by the Private sector with techniques to improve service and cover the needs of value groups. One of those, is the Quality Management System, which will be addressed through a literary review of articles written in order to identify the state of art in the last 10 years. The work included a reviewed from the databases Web of Science, Scopus and ProQuest, and the regulatory storage of the administrative department of the public service in Colombia, in order to identify the influence of that system in the public administration. The results indicate that the subject in the Public sector is relatively recent and success in its implementation depend on the type of leadership, commitment of the top management, culture of the country and organization, in addition the study identified future research lines.
