Resumen
The “Ibero-American Charter of the Rights and Duties of the Citizen in relation to Public Administration” presented at the XXIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government, held in Panama City on October 18 and 19, 2013, defines good administration public as: “an inherent obligation of the Public Powers by virtue of which the public task must promote the fundamental rights of the people promoting human dignity so that the administrative actions harmonize criteria of objectivity, impartiality, justice, equity, and are provided in reasonable time ”. The drafting of the aforementioned Letter was entrusted by the Board of Directors of the entity to Professor Jaime Rodríguez-Arana Muñoz. In this context, the "Good Public Administration" Event seeks to reflect on the form of practical application of this concept in Ibero-American countries, inviting respected professors from the region, for dialogue and exchange of knowledge with the academic community from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad del Rosario.
