Estilos de resolución de conflictos en estudiantes universitarios

Abstract

The article aims to identify conflict resolution styles of college students, follows a quantitative approach, field design with factorial analysis. He used the questionnaire Conflict Resolution Styles, in a cluster sample of 1300 college students. Results: college students resolve conflict avoidant, compromise and accommodation. Conclusion: conflict resolution styles of university students are given avoidant explained by the competition.
