dc.description.abstractThe increasing importance of sensitivity to entrepreneurship pretends not only to show its advantages but to awaken interest in students to continue their learning of entrepreneurship and have it as a professional career option. Much more than encourage the access to entrepreneurship, sensitivity can motivate the development of entrepreneurial competences in students and the identification of problems is one of them. This paper shows the results of a study done to students of management at the Universidad del Rosario – Bogota, Colombia. It is the analysis of how the process of problem identification in complex contexts contributes to generate the interest for entrepreneurship in students of the first year of the program.
