dc.description.abstractThis paper addresses as main issue, core aspects of human development –social and economic fundamentals- and their links to inclusive societies. The basic objective of this study is to summarize the fundamental characteristics of the concept of human development focused on the particular matter of comprehensive social conditions within Latin American societies. One of the most relevant themes here is to distinguish the effective participation –in social, cultural, political and economic terms- as a key element of social inclusion. Effective social and economic participation is presented here as a fundamental part of dynamic factors that aim to improve human development conditions. The general contents of this study includes the perspective from ethics regarding human development
