dc.description.abstract | The configuration of subjectivations in ex-convicts depends in one way or another by his prison experience. This experience changes in each case, as well as personal, cultural and social aspects before the imprisonment, howe-ver, some feelings, attitudes and situations are common in subjects with this condition. The work, family and contextual aspects are always complex and uncertain scenarios, which worked out well in the possibilities of integration or recidivism. The stigma is consolidated as a very difficult impediment to over-come, considering not only social or family aspects, but also personal issues. The aim of this article is to analyze some processes of objectivation-subjec-tivation that configure the ex-convict subject, based on information obtained in field work through focus groups, conversations and interviews, which was contrasted with specialized literature. Likewise, it is intended to offer a con-ception of a particular type of subject that seeks to locate itself in social, po-litical and economic fields, which usually marginalize and render it invisible.
