Resumen
The Department of Vaupés is located in the southeast of the country and the northeast of the Amazon region, the population of the department is 42,392 inhabitants, it is made up of settlers, indigenous people and mestizos, 70% being indigenous (Ministry of Health and Social Protection, 2014 ). According to its geographical location and the difficulty of entering the urban area, access to health services is difficult, with its provision being inefficient, negatively impacting the population. Due to the lack of opportunity in health services and poor accessibility for young people to access continuing education, the Institute of Education and Work for Human Development (ETDH) was born in the city of Mitú, department of Vaupés, which directly contributes to the development of talent, especially Nursing auxiliaries. SABER MÁS+ seeks to support local talent, providing tuition payment facilities, difficult accessibility to students and providing tools for the intellectual growth of young people in the community. Its modality is 100% face-to-face, guaranteeing student access to the program. In the practical modules, they will be carried out with the support of local health entities. It seeks to make strategic alliances with the EPS present in the region such as NUEVA EPS, MALLAMAS EPS, which with economic contributions of infrastructure or with places to carry out internships will strengthen the graduate's curriculum and allow more effective labor links. SABER MÁS+, will provide training to students with technical tools in health and administration, in order to expand their field of action by responding to the needs of the population and the market, training students in current regulations, humanization of the service, brigades care, vaccination, basic patient care, pharmacology, ethics and values oriented to the indigenous community, among other modules, which make the graduate a comprehensive and suitable technical professional who can contribute to the problems of his community, since he knows the culture and the environment. As a competitive advantage and after the market study, it is evident that Mitú does not have higher training institutes for nursing assistants in the urban area. The main objective of SABER MÁS is to promote higher education in the population, so that the graduate can develop professionally and contribute directly to the development of the Municipality. As an added value to the community, it seeks to increase health posts in rural areas, encouraging graduates to carry out promotion, education and prevention programs for the indigenous people of the areas, since, due to the difficulty in mobility, the lack of knowledge and other factors, many indigenous people do not travel to the hospital, generating long-term illnesses with high costs for health entities. A market study was carried out where it is evident that of 100% of the people interviewed, 85% are interested in studying a career related to health. The project will be financed 100% by the capital partners and project creators for a total investment of $154,000,000, capital that will support 6 months of operation of the institute.
