dc.description.abstractPopper was strongly critical towards the process of specialization that has affected the sciences and philosophy, process interpreted by Popper as a sign of post-rationalism and post-critical era: along with the intellectual fashions and recourse to authorities, specialization is seriously threatening the knowledge. To analyse the causes that have led to increasing specialization of the sciences and philosophy is the main aim of this study. It is also provide a path inspired by Popper to overcome the margins of specialization
