Epigenética y Epigenoma de la artritis reumatoide

Abstract

Epigenetics as the science about inheritables modifications of genetic information without DNA sequence changes, is atracting an increasing focus among scientific community, for his contribution in pathogenesis, therapeutic approaches and even in prevention of many diseases. Systemic autoimmune diseases have a multifactorial complex pathogenesis and in the last few years there are numerous clinical and experimental evidences, about the influence of epigenoma changes in these diseases, so we pretend to review them in this Article series.
