The pandemic has erupted in the world of books like a tsunami, putting book fairs in a bind, we can agree that the virus killed the star of the fairs. We have also been able to verify in these months that, although the world has been paralyzed, people continued reading. At this point we must reflect on whether it is possible to continue holding the fairs with rigorous security protocols or whether it is cautious and responsible to cancel them. It is obvious that fear turns vertigo into panic, and this situation weighs on the decisions to be made, especially when observing that the outbreaks maintain the activity of the virus. It seems reasonable in any of the cases to flee from extreme courage and accept that prudence and responsibility are what predominate in decision-making
