Resumen
The construction sector is relevant in the development and performance of the country's economy, since it involves great employability of the social base and investments in projects that involve the use of materials such as: concrete, brick, wood, etc. Nevertheless, the way of construction is carried out with traditional methods, whose processes can generate quality problems, costs and delays in completion. For these reason, new construction trends are being implemented in the world, such as modular construction. This system has great competitive advantages in relation to traditional methods, due to it allows to control quality processes by manufacturing the structure in the plant, substantially reduces execution time by almost 80%, freezes construction costs by mitigating risks, is friendly with the environment, allows the customization of architectural spaces and is easy to transport. The modular construction is made up of the manufacture of metal frames (modules) with dimensions of 6.60 x 3.30 x 3.00 m, adjustable to the space needs of the land and architectural distribution, according to the requirements of each client. Each module is transported from the plant to the construction site, for its respective installation on foundations previously built under traditional methods. After this stage, the installation phases of networks, floors, walls, roofs, finishes and equipment begin. HEMKI's business proposal - Sustanaible buildings, includes services of architectural and engineering studies and designs, with advice on sustainable concepts and the use of non-polluting finishes. Through marketing strategies in social networks, the client will know the benefits of the modular system, and construction services that will be offered; clarifying that they must have the property to place the structure and porcentage invest that will leverage the project's payment plan.
