Abstract

The article presents a review of the scientific and legal situation of assisted human reproduction techniques in international legal systems and in the Colombian legal system, analyzing in a special way the incidence of these new technologies on human life in relation to the so-called 'Surrogacy' and the legal consequences that this practice entails.
