De la concepción de la disciplina administrativa en Colombia y su manifestación en hechos particulares como el Ecaes en Administración

Abstract

By the light of some positions of assortedworks for the field of the Administrationas well as of the experience, the direct observationand the author's reflection, the documentidentifies a vision that considers existentat the present time of the administrative disciplinein Colombiaand, with base in her, it carries out a critical analysisof the conception that the different actors have of the same one, particularly that of those more directly related with the generation of the existent legislationin this respect in our country. Also are analyzed, the results to thosethat this vision has driven as regardsinitiativesand concrete actions as the Exams of Quality of the SuperiorEducation (Ecaes) for Adminhtration. A work that, of course, has implied an investigation by the light of the existentlegislation around the discipline,the search and revision of the wide andheterog€neous existenrdocumentatio¡, the perceptionof some actors linked to organizations key, such as the Colombian Association of Facukies of Administration (Ascolfa), the Professional Council of Enterprises Administration (C.PA.E.), the Professionals with Quality in Administration(Procad),among other,and a revisionof certain characteristic conceptual elements of the administrativediscipline.
