dc.description.abstract | In this article some considerations are made concerning the current situation of the RepublicaBolivariana de Venezuela, for a decade, with the arrival to power of President Hugo Rafael ChavezFrías and his political scheme upheld on socialism, revolution and independence. The ideas presentedare based essentially in the following aspects: Societies design ways of organization and coexistencein function of the problems that generate their interaction and forthcoming solutions; the role of theleaders makes the difference in the conduction of the nations; the mental structure - global viewpoint-and the cultural background of the actors, incline the balance in the design of social contracts;active democracies are strategic ways to consolidate revolutionary socialist projects; ¿are alignedthe necessary and indispensable elements of government for the execution of politics in the correctdirection to facilitate the advance of the revolutionary process?; How does the State changes its roleof mediator and overseer in the conduction of the economy, for straight conductor and strategic allied of the citizen, in the achievement of the means that guarantee decent living conditions. | |
