dc.description.abstractThe closed rupture of the flexor tendons the fingers is an uncommon pathology, among the possible causes are trauma, anatomical variations, mechanical, inflammatory causes such as rheumatoid arthritis, and those related to medications such as fluoroquinolones or corticosteroids ( 3). The objective of this study is to describe patients with closed rupture of flexor tendons of the fingers associated with the use of systemic corticosteroids in patients treated at the Eusalud Clinic in 2018.
