One of the problems organizations face today is the demotivation and widespread dissatisfaction of their employees and collaborators. Several reports have indicated that 7 out of 10 employees are dissatisfied with their work (Human Resources Trends HRTRENDS, 2017). Although most people might think that the main cause of this situation is related to the salary allowance; The real causes are related to structural problems of leadership, well-being, recognition and promotion in companies. This situation has two negative consequences, on the one hand, bored employees, not committed or disinterested in the company's goals, who are afraid of not contributing enough or that may think their work is not valuable; and on the other, organizations that see compromised, their productivity and performance indices by this problem. The truth is that companies do not ignore the issue, and in fact they have it in most of the opportunities at the center of their policies, and therefore do not skimp on the appropriate economic resources in activities, surveys, bonuses and other incentives to improve these indicators. And even then the problem is not solved. There is a great dispersion of information collection and analysis techniques in the market to make diagnoses of organizational climate, work environment, performance, commitment, productivity, etc .; as well as strategies and activities of organizational change, leadership, well-being and recognition, among others; However, little has been done to cross these diagnoses, generate causal relationships, understand the motivations, needs and interests of employees from the relationships between data and available information, and make a true impact assessment of all strategies and activities implemented in the employee experience. EMMA is an integral solution to the problem, since through its platform adaptable to the needs, context, size and resources of organizations, it generates specific personality profiles, and evaluates the commitment, performance and well-being of employees from the most renowned and proven theories in the fields of psychology, neurology and human talent management; and manages to identify in real time the expectations, motivations and interests of the employee, in order to align them with the goals and objectives of the organizations. Thus, EMMA differs from its competitors in that it has a much higher and long-term impact on the management of human talent and allows us to obtain measurable and observable results in the commitment and performance of employees. Thus, in the subsequent sections a specific description of the EMMA entrepreneurship project, created and led by Jeniffer Garzón, Camilo Muñoz and Raúl Rodríguez, product of more than one year of work and research in the framework of the Master's Degree is specified in Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Universidad del Rosario.
