Resumen
nteractivity has evolved from the development of information technology and telematics and, in the media, summarizes the possibilities of relationship between users and the support, users among themselves and users and authors of the content. In the last decades, the implementation of interactivity in the television medium has been accelerated, in so-called interactive television, and especially in digital terrestrial television, so that users can participate by sending their opinion, locating and buying goods and services, qualifying or correcting other users or the editors or protagonists of the program. That is, there is an audiovisual dialogue, with which mass communication is transformed into a personalized communication model, directed to specific niches of the market. With this article of reflection, we offer a route between interactivity, its implementation in analogue and digital television and the changes in the processes of production, consumption and diffusion of the television medium.
